Welcome to NotesNewHub. These terms govern your use of our services, info products, and goods related to notes, reminders & micro-snippets.

1. Description of Offerings

NotesNewHub provides three categories of offerings:

• Services: Personalized note creation, reminder scheduling, and micro-snippet drafting.
• Info Products: Digital guides, templates, and learning modules.
• Goods: Physical notebooks, stationery items, and branded accessories.

2. Use of Services

By accessing our services, you agree to provide accurate information and comply with usage guidelines. You may not use our platform for unlawful or prohibited activities.

3. Access to Info Products

Info products are delivered via digital download. Access will be granted immediately upon confirmation of payment.

4. Purchase of Goods

Orders for physical goods are processed within 2 business days. Shipping times vary based on destination.

5. Payment Terms

All fees are due at the time of purchase. Payment methods accepted include major credit cards and compatible online options. You agree to pay all charges incurred by your use of the service.

6. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

• Services: You may request a cancellation and refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days. Session rescheduling is available upon request at least 12 hours prior to the session time.
• Info Products: If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. To initiate, contact our team through the inquiry form. Eligible requests will be processed within 5 business days.
• Goods: Unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To arrange a return, submit a request via the inquiry form. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 10 days.
• No-Refund Services: Certain expedited note drafting sessions are final sale due to immediate resource allocation. Such services are clearly marked as non-refundable at point of sale. We justify this policy by the dedicated time commitment and custom nature of these offerings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NotesNewHub and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our offerings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
